Virginia (Ginger) Dean Ross went to her heavenly home from her earthly home, with her husband, daughter, granddaughter and cat by her side on March 29, 2016. She was born on April 15, 1924; the youngest and only daughter of three children. Ginger worked as a secretary for different companies, but her favorite position was as a church secretary for two pastors.
Ginger met Carson at a church function for singles in Bakersfield, California. They married in 1976 and enjoyed sharing their faith, church, the births of their grandchildren and great grandchildren and traveling the Unites States in their RV with a group and by themselves. She also enjoyed the fellowship with Seniors in Action and taking the role at weekly meetings. While dementia took her away slowly, bit by bit, she remained a loving presence to her family, greatly enjoying time with her great grandchildren. Of her husband, Carson, she remarked, "He takes good care of me."
Virginia is survived by her daughter Anna Baldes, her stepchildren Rick Ross, Jerry Ross and Sandy Seitz, her seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son James E. Baldes.
