Wanda B. McLain, age 80, resided in Modesto. She was a loving Mother, who took care of her family and loved them very much and did this while working seasonally in a cannery. She is survived by children, Patsy L. Jessee, Cecil M. McLain, Carla Hallet; brother, Henry Sanders; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Wanda was preceded in death by sisters, Beatrice Shoffitt and Tinnie Fritz; brother, Bill Rowland. Visitation, 4-8pm, Thursday, January 3, 2013 and a chapel service, Friday, 1:30pm, January 4, 2013, both at Lakewood Funeral Home.
