Born In Oakland Ca, December 1, 1962. Passed on December 1, 2012 with his family and closest friends by his side. Bill resided in Manteca, Ca, with his fiance', Janet Barnett, for the past year and prior to that in Hayward, Ca, where he worked alongside his brother and best friend, Victor Grasso, at Bronco Electric.
Those who knew Bill will never forget his youthful spirit and dancing feet. He was a great Son, Brother, Father, Fiance and Friend. He leaves behind, with treasured memories, his mother Wilma, step-dad Gene, father Bill, step-mom Diana, fiance' Janet, brother Victor, sister-in-law Nicol, children Billy, Bob and Blake, nephews Vincent and Jake, nieces Jaymelee and Amber, daughters-in-law Danielle and Lauren, his former wife, mother of his children and good friend Rebecca and her husband Tom, grandchildren, who knew him by "Grandpa", Citrine and Zachary, expected grandson William Louis coming in April of 2013 and special, longtime friends Sandra, Megan and Jacob Tyler.
