Williard C. Cooper Jr.

Williard Curtis Cooper Jr. was born in Wilson North Carolina on October 7, 1953 to Williard Curtis Cooper Sr & Louise Holiday Cooper. He attended Cornell University in New York and North Carolina State where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration then transferred to the University of North Carolina where he earned his Masters degree in Business Administration on May 13, 1984.In 1985 he moved to San Jose California to work for IBM. In 1987 he met the love of his life Christina Chavez and they married in 1992. From this union was born two daughters, Arianna Leigh and Miranda Carolina. Prior to their marriage he had a son (not of this union) Christian Reginald Lindsay. The couple moved to Modesto Ca in 1994 where he worked for the City of Modesto. "Cooper" or "Bill" as he was known, worked for the City of Modesto for several years then worked & retired from the City of Fremont as a Project Manager in 2011. "Cooper" departed this life on Wednesday October 3, 2012 in Modesto, Ca and was preceded in death by his mother Louise, brothers Reginald & Quinten He leaves behind to mourn his loss his loving family; father Williard Sr., wife Christina, son Christian, daughters Arianna & Miranda, stepsons Ezekiel & Eleazar, sister Jackie, brother Greg, nephews Preston & Anthony, nieces Chondee, Latasha, Latrishia & Lakishia along with a host of friends & family.
