Carmen passed away peacefully in her sleep at the CSSS of Hull on March 13, 2013 at the age of 88. Dear daughter of the late Ephrem Boisvert and the late Electa Tessier. Adored mother of Phil, Brent (Rosemary) and Gregg. Cherished grandmother of Rebecca, Scott, Christine, Caelan, and Rhyann. Dear sister to Réginald, Raymond, and Richard. Predeceased by her sisters Gabrielle, Gail, and Denise. She will also be missed by many nephews, nieces and friends.
