Anita Naomi Zink Hagler was born on November 24, 1953 in Houston, Texas to James Richard Zink, Sr "Uncle Bill" and Mandy Carol Fuller Zink"Granny Shark". From a very young age, she dreamed of becoming a nurse and in 1998 that dream came true when she graduated from Lonestar College with an Associate's in Applied Science degree in Nursing. She worked many years as an ICU nurse doing God's work.
She was married to Terry Lee Hagler, Sr, who preceded her in death. They gave life to five children Teresa Hagler, Linda Hagler Sparks, Terry "Butch" Hagler, Jr, Joshua D Hagler and Naomi Hagler Masters.
She had a passion for travel and adventure, bingo, crafts, painting, singing, playing the guitar, fishing with the family, cooking and most of all, Our God and Lord and Saviour. She was an ordained minister who spread the word of God's love and did his works daily. She always put others needs before her own and was loved by many.
She was preceded in death by the father of her children Terry Lee Hagler, Sr. and her parents James Richard Zink, Sr and Mandy Carol Fuller Zink. Her siblings Richard Zink and Susan "Becky" Zink Hagler. Her sons Terry Hagler, Jr and Joshua D Hagler. Her grandson Jared Harston.
She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Hagler, Naomi Masters and Linda Sparks, two nieces that she raised, Mandy Grimes and Sarah Thinnis, two brothers James R Zink, Jr and James D Zink. Her partner Jeffrey Doran. Several grandchildren, Thomas Whelihan, Jr. Elizabeth Butts, Deanna Butts, Joshua M Hagler, Chance Law, Austin Law, Ashley Law Barnhart, Morgan Masters, Shelby Harston, and Hunter Harston. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great nieces and nephews.
