Barbara Ann Carroll passed away on Monday September 21, 2026 in Hopewell Virginia. She was born in Richmond, Virginia at The Medical College of Virginia Hospital complex in the downtown area. She attended school in the Richmond public school system and eventually earned her GED. She was a member of Cedar Street Memorial Baptist Church in the Churchill area of Richmond and regularly attended services there. She was a dedicated Christian with a strong belief in God.
Barbara Ann Carroll is survived by her daughter Stacie Hardin and her Husband John and son Anthony Carroll and his wife Betina. She has been blessed with eleven grand children and several great grandchildren. She has a younger brother Michael Carroll and his wife Teri and their two sons. She was preceded in death by her mother Edith Morris and her biological father Joe Carroll and stepdad Harold Morris. Barbara always shared a love for music, a beautiful smile, and dimples. She was a definite light.
A memorial viewing will be held on October 2nd at 1:00PM followed by a memorial service at 2:00PM at the Calvary Hill Funeral Home and Cemetery, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, Texas 77338, (281) 443-3340 where she will be laid to rest.
