Bianca was born on July 20, 2006 in Houston, Texas to Francisco and Sandy Obando. She grew up in Spring, Texas surrounded by a family who loved her deeply.
Even at such a young age, Bianca was determined to build a bright future for herself. She attended Spring High School and continued her education at Lone Star College, where she earned her associate degree. She then attended the University of Houston, where she was pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and was expected to graduate in May 2027. Her dedication to her education and the future she was working toward were a reflection of her ambition and determination.
Outside of school, Bianca enjoyed living life and experiencing the world around her. She loved going to the gym, swimming, hiking, traveling, and spending time with the people she loved.
Bianca leaves behind her loving parents, Francisco and Sandy Obando; her siblings, Julissa Williams, Xzahvier Obando and Christian A, her grandfather, Francisco Obando Andrade; her grandmother Maria E Garza; and her aunts and uncles, Jose, Ray, Carmen, Ruby, Genesis, Clarisa, Gabriela, and Diego. She also leaves behind her partner, extended family, friends, and many others whose lives were touched by her presence.

Twenty years could never have been enough time with Bianca. Her family will carry the memories they shared with her, the sound of her laughter, the things that made her uniquely Bianca, and the love she gave them for the rest of their lives. Though there were so many milestones still ahead of her, the life she lived and the love she left behind will never be measured simply by the number of years she was here.
Bianca will be deeply missed, endlessly loved, and forever remembered.
In Bianca’s words; that those who loved her will always remember: “Just pray for me.”
