Charles Lee Kiser, 83 went to be with his Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ on June 27, 2019 at North Cypress Hospital in Cypress, Texas.

Charles was born in Logan, West Virginia on January 28, 1936. He graduated from Wayne High School in May of 1955. He met the love of his life, Helen, on October 31, 1956 and they married two years later. On November 28th they would have been married 61 years. Charles began working for Armstrong Products in West Virginia. After moving to Houston, he worked 30 years for ABC Supply driving an 18-wheeler locally until he retired in 2010. He often spent his time reading western books or watching old western re-runs on TV. He often talked about writing his own western book one day. Nothing made Charles happier than to have all of his loving family around.

Charles is preceded in rest by his mother, Charlene (Runyon) Kiser; father, Sherman Kiser; step-mother, Evelyn (Runyon) Kiser; & daughter, Vanessa Gail Cates.

Charles is survived by his wife, Helen (Adkins) Kiser; son, Rick Kiser (Cheryl); son-in-law, Roger Cates; grandsons Chuck Cates & Chris Kiser (Shawna); granddaughters Christen Wood (Shawn); Candice Herrington (Joe); Danielle Blancett (Travis); Dallas Utz (Kalyn); sisters Lillian Ernest & Debby Morgan; brother, Steven Kiser; twenty-one great-grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.
