She was born to Teresa and Manuel Torres on November 14, 1945 in Shiro, Texas. Consuelo was the eldest daughter of fourteen siblings.
Consuelo is preceded in rest by her parents Teresa Gonzales Torres and Manuel Torres; her brothers, Amando Torres, Manuel Torres Jr., David Torres, and Jose Torres; her sisters Eva Torres and Alta Gracia Rodriguez.
Consuelo is survived by her brothers, Ysidoro Torres, Paul Torres, Jesus Torres, Teodoro Torres and Johnny Torres; her sisters, Margaret Torres, Martha Cerda and Lydia Soliz; her daughters, Angie Rodriguez Ledezma, Yolanda Sanchez and Sally Ann Rodriguez; her son Juan M. Rodriguez; her three grandchildren, Luis Sanchez III, Brittany Renee Ledezma, and Jennifer Rodriguez.
Consuelo was a devoted Mother and enjoyed spending time with her family, she was joyous and always the life of the party. She is loved and will be missed by all.
