Courtney was a dedicated food service worker for seven years. She had a passion for fishing, art, serving the homeless, and playing with children.
Courtney is survived by her mother, Phyllis Saxon (Herron) and step father Randy Saxon of Spring, Texas. She also leaves behind her beloved fur babies, Ebony Herron and Bisquit Herron. Her sisters, Tina Hendrix and spouse Ed Hendrix of Tomball, Texas, and Brandi Magallanez of San Antonio, Texas, mourn her loss. Her brothers, Ronny Banuelos and Heli of Dayton, Texas, James Thompson and Vanessa of Oakwood, Texas, Jr Herron and Catana of Conroe, Texas, William Herron of Huntsville, Texas, and Joe Valdez and Kim of San Antonio, Texas, also survive her.
Courtney was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jean and Rv Reed, and her father, John W. Herron.
A visitation will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX 77338, on October 28, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The funeral service will follow at the same location from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
A committal service will take place at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 21723 Aldine Westfield Rd, Humble, TX 77338, starting at 1:00 pm.
