My condolences to you Gary, Gay, Brant and Ashley. I did not know your sister well, as she was so much older than me, but I do remember one night she was actually home when our parents played cards. I don't remember any of the conversation, just that we laughed and talked all night. I treasured that evening because she treated me like I was real. A person. An adult even. (She was probably about 20-ish, which made me not quite a teen--so she was a total grown up and I was still a kid). It meant a lot and is my fondest memory of her. I still feel warm and accepted when I think on that night. It's been 50 years, so her kindness that evening lives.

My love and prayers are with you at this time.
Donna Lynne (Pendley), cousin,
daughter of Raymond Harold Pendley

Janie and I met Glenda and her family nearly 40 years ago. We love Glenda for her special kind of Love that was evident in everything she did. Glenda will always be in our thoughts and memories. Our families shared so many life events together from swim team to proms and graduations to weddings. Go rest high on that Mountain Glenda, We Love You.

God opened heavens gate to another beautiful Angel .
Glenda was a friend and co-worker and it was a pleasure working with her at Highlands when she worked in the New Jersey office . She often spoke of her family and how they were the light of her life .

On behalf of Highlands Insurance Company, we offer our deepest sympathies to the family for the loss of our great friend and colleague, Glenda Huett. Her caring smile and friendliness always brightened up our day. The many years she dedicated to working at Highlands must be commended as she struggled with her many health issues and courageously continued to grace us with her presence at the office.
Personally, Glenda was considered family to us and her love and warmth will always be remembered and cherished.
As we share your sorrow, we send comforting hugs and healing prayers. Please know that Glenda is with our Lord resting peacefully and would wish us to comfort each other during this difficult time.
