Gregory Allen VanEtten

A memorial visitation will be held from 12-4 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, 21723 Aldine Westfield Rd., Humble. A Memorial Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. with refreshments being served after the service. Elder Diana Lucille Hanby will officiate.

Gregory was born October 2, 1953 in Wellsville, NY to parents Carl and Helen (Burdick) Van Etten.

He is survived by his mother Helen Burdick Van Etten, his wife Judy Annette Van Etten, his son Gregory Antonio Van Etten, his brother Gary Carl Van Etten and sister in law Beth Harwood Van Etten. Greg's step children, Billie Annette Aleman, Michael (Keli) James Tracy, Ryan Keith Tracy, Mathew (Skye) Macias, sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren who lovingly referred to Greg as "Papa Greg" also survive him.

He was preceded in death by his father Carl, his son Nolan Anthony Van Etten and his first wife Ellen Ruth (Formicola) Van Etten.

Greg retired from the Union Pacific Railroad and coached Little League Baseball for ten years. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
