Jennie Lynn Moren, 64 of New Caney, Texas, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend, and fierce spirit passed away on July 7, 2025 just 3 weeks after her husband Ronnie Joe Wyatt after a courageous battle of cancer. She faced every challenge that cancer through at her even when the doctors gave up several times. She gave strength and stood tall for herself and those she loved, she was always ready to speak her mind and never gave up, all the way to the fighting end.
She was born on September 10, 1960, in Houston, Texas, to Henry and Hazel Martin. Jennie had a lifelong love for animals, especially dogs, who were never just pets but family. Her home was a haven for wagging tails, warm hearts, and beautifully curated spaces. She had a natural eye for decorating, her style made every room feel welcoming, lived-in, and full of love.
But more than anything, she loved people. Whether it was catching up with old friends over coffee in the morning or drinking a beer late at night, making new friends wherever she went, she thrived in the company of others. Her laugh was infectious, her loyalty unwavering, and her presence unforgettable. She lived with heart, fought with fire, and loved without limits. She will be missed, but never forgotten.
She is survived by her daughters Michelle Roberts and Moranda Moren; her sisters Mary Blevins and Sally Doyle; her grandchildren Alyssa Burks, Kayla Sparkman, Kaitlyn Roberts, Brooke Armer and Ronnie Roberts lll ; her great grandchildren Everleigh Mae Mckenna, Eliana Luna Zavala, Elayna Michelle Hewett. She is remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.
Jennie preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Joe Wyatt, her parents Henry and Hazel Martin, her daughter Melissa Sheree Martin-Lacy, her sister Wanda Marie Moren, her brother Henry Martin Jr. and his wife Beverly Martin, her brothers Pete Martin and Freddie Gilbreath, and all her fur babies, Little Girl, Lacie, Maddie, Pup Pup, Walter, Buster, RD, and Limpy.
Jennie will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
