Joseph Mark Reynolds

1981 - 2026

Joseph Reynolds, 45, of Houston, Texas, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 13, 2026.

Born in Lubbock, Texas, July 20, 1981, he was the son of Mark and Judy Reynolds.

Joseph was a man of faith, having been baptized as a Christian in 1994. His friends will tell you that he talked to anyone that would listen about God and his hope for a better day.

Joe graduated from Conroe High School with Honors in May, 2000. He played first chair trumpet and was active on the industrial technology, robotics, and debate teams.

In 2003, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Cum Laude, in three years from Liberty University located at Lynchburg, Virgina. There Joe enjoyed playing trumpet in both Marching Band and Jazz Band.

Later, 2009, Joe earned his Master of Science in Information Technology specializing in System Design and Development. In the course of his career, he worked as a Software Application Developer, earning the honor of Microsoft MVP and shared his knowledge of software design and development at technical conferences.

Recently, he worked in Manufacturing Quality Control at Nailor Industries. Joe brought a rare combination of insight into people and technical skill to everything he did.

Joseph is survived by his parents, Mark Evan Reynolds and Judy Whipple Reynolds; his brother Christopher (Davida) Reynolds; one Niece; one Nephew; Uncle Tim (JoAnne) Whipple; Uncle Tom (Mary) Whipple; Uncle Jason (Reka) Reynolds and also Cousins.

Preceding him in death were his Grandparents, Robert (Peggy) Whipple, J.C. (Mary) Reynolds; Don (Betty) Evans; Aunt Amber; and Uncle Brian.

Joe typically had a joke ready and a song for every occasion. There will be a time to share a Scripture, Quote, or Special Memory honoring Joe's unique characteristics at A Celebration of Life. Which will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 3:00pm at Calvary Hill, 21723 Aldine Westfield Rd, Humble, TX.
