Mom’s forever companion from her time of birth to her death is her brother Henry (Hank) Sutton and her sister Rosie Sutton/Williams. People say that siblings are the true forever people in life and for Mom that was true. She was preceded in death by her parents Louis Henry Sutton and Minnie Maggie Sutton, her husband Henry Burley McCroy and her son Rolley Louis Bell.
She leaves her children Rena Brown, Ronnie Bell, Fay Baldwin, Roy Bell, and Richard Huguenin plus an abundance of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a few great-great-grandchildren! Plus an enormous amount of family and friends. Truly it’s enough to fill an entire book and you would be reading forever.
While dementia took Mom’s memory, and eventually her life, her ability to enjoy the pleasures of life never faded. She always remembered she was supposed to love you and gave you kisses.
“Way to go Mom” and everyone wonders where we get that stubbornness from.
While this cruel disease can take everything, it never truly won because she always remembered to love.
