Our beloved sister Lili George Janji went to be with the Lord on September 2, 2022. She was born in Zahle, Lebanon on September 1, 1949 to George Stephan Janji and Adele Yousef Saikaly Janji. She is survived by six brothers and sisters, Noha Chebli, Joseph Janji, Amal Kuglar, Zeina Saikaly (married to Maurice Saikaly), Renee Sawaya and Stephan "Steve" Janji.
Lili was a loving, generous woman that took care of her mother and her brothers and sisters. She was a devout Catholic and loved the Lord. We are truly saddened by her passing but find comfort that she is with her mom looking down upon us.
Lili Janji is survived by five generations of family members; including members of the Saikaly, Janji, Chebli, Sawaya, Kuglar, Bouzbouri, Boujacli, Saba, Wihbe, Srour, Rachid, Hariz, Pouzbouris, Fahme, Ortega and Moutran families.
A visitation for Lili will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX with a Rosary Service starting at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home followed by a committal service at Rosewood Cemetery, 2602 S Houston Av., Humble, TX.
