Mae was the fifth child of ten children. She was born in Huntsville, Texas and moved with her family to Spring, Texas were she attended and graduated from Spring ISD school district. Mae continued to live close to her family until she passed away in Spring, Texas.
Mae gained her wings on April 2, 2020. She was preceded in passing by: father Melvin Wiley, grandmother: Ella Mae Rodgers (Mama Dudlum) brothers: Johnny, Douglas, and Wilbert Wiley; sister: Lajuana Wiley, granddaughter: Nakayla Hightower, niece: Thalia Wiley, and nephew Reginald Wiley Jr.
Mae leaves to cherish her memory; her devoted mother, Connie Wiley; children: Lakisha Parker ( Nathaniel), Daniesha Hightower(Jeffery), Tony Dorsey Jr. (Danielle), Shere Wiley; Grandchildren: Cydavia, Darius, Chassidy, Jeffery, Billy, Jesse, Tommyrielle, Jermyrielle, Tony Jr., Ty’Quan; great grandson: Darren Lee; brothers: Billy Wiley (Vickie), Bobby Wiley (Anetra), Tony Wiley (Janice), Reginald Wiley (Tiffany); sister: Bridgette Wiley; uncles: Fritz Jones and James Wiley; aunt: Freddie Mae Brown; as well as host of nephews, great nephews, nieces, great nieces, relatives and friends.
