Miguel was a hard worker at a very young age, as his father died when Miguel was only five years old. He took very good care of his mother even after he was married. He worked with the Department of Education for 34 years under the government of President Peron. He and his first wife Dora Esther eventually moved to the United States of American, following their two grown children. They became American citizens.
Miguel had a passion for food and was incredibly skilled in the kitchen. With his second career in the restaurant business, he was always the star employee and loved to cook for his family. He was loved and respected by everyone in his life and touched so many people over his decades of service. Miguel was a member of Champion Forest Baptist Church here in Houston, where he gave his life to Jesus and was baptised.
Miguel is survived by his wife of 14 years, Minerva Langoni. His son, Miguel Langoni and wife Noemi of McAllen, Texas. Daughter Dora Barbeito and husband Joseph of Spring, Texas, Step-daughter Graciela S Machac and husband Douglas of Houston, Texas, step-daughter Velma S Welber and husband Paul of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Grandchildren, Marco, Marcello, and Mauricio Langoni, Jonathan and Jenny Barbeito, and Erika Sandoval, along with six great-grandchildren. Also a number of church friends and many relatives in Argentina.
