Vilna Hollis Selman. She entered into eternal rest on January 24, 2022, leaving us to cherish and honor
her memory. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends which were all very dear to her
heart. Nelda loved baseball and enjoyed watching the Houston Astros.
She is proceeded in death by her husband of 50 years, Jody Crawford. Also, her father John Selman,
mother Vilna Selman, brother Elmer Selman, sister Jewel West, and her very best friend Diamond.
She is survived by her daughter Sandra Crawford, granddaughter Jodi Crawford, and sister Verna Riley.
Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews.
Pallbearers will be Keith West, Gary Winstead Jr., Zachary Alford, Brandon Stebbins, Juan Gonzalez, and
Trenton Perkins
Nelda’s family will welcome friends Sunday, January 30, 2022 between 1pm and 5pm for visitation. The
service will be held Monday, January 31, 2022 at 12:00pm with Brother Dennis Ivey officiating.
