Paulino Y. Acosta, 77, passed away on July 31, 2020 with his wife and niece Carmen at his side. He was born to Dimas Acosta and Bonifacia Ybarra in Mathis, Texas on June 22, 1943. He moved to Houston with his young family for more opportunities. In his last years, he resided in Baytown, Texas with his wife.
Paulino is survived by his wife of 55 years, Maria Elena Acosta, their 3 sons Paulino Jr., Juan and Carlos (Patricia), 2 daughters Diana and Olga (Freddie) and 12 grandchildren Elyse, John, Yvette, Jacob, Ryan, Adam, Alex, Elena, Rene, Stephen, Nathan and Jason. He is also survived by his brother Ramon Acosta.
Paulino is preceded in death by his parents Dimas and Bonifacia Acosta, his 4 brothers Apolonio, Pedro, Atanislado, Gilberto and 2 sisters Juanita Sandoval and Margarita Ruiz.
Paulino will be forever remembered for the love he had for his wife, children and grandchildren; for the joy, happiness and laughter he brought to all who knew him. His infectious laugh and wittiness will be cherished always and greatly missed.
