Rhonda Kay Weldon Marsh was born on September 24, 1963 in Mansfield, Louisiana. She died on February 4, 2016 at St. Luke`s Hospital in The Woodlands, Texas, at age 52.
Kay is preceded in death by her sister, Kimberly Dawn Weldon Frost, and close cousins, Sonny Dillard and Alan Dillard. She is survived by her parents, Phillip and Peggy Weldon; daughter, Niki Marsh, and her husband, David Bennett; grandchildren, Jazmine and Nathan Bennett; sister, Kandy Weldon Craig; niece, Tifani Craig Calhoun, and nephew, Taylor Craig; as well as by loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
