Stephen Patrick Orth was born on Saint Patrick’s day, Monday March 17, 1986 to James and Bobbie Orth in La Porte, Texas. He was the third born child. Many may not know this, but he was a rainbow baby. A very happy little redhead and a child full of life. Growing up in Galena Park Stephen was known simply as “Orth”. Stephen was the 5th generation to live in Galena Park. He was known and loved by many. A laugh like no other and a loyal heart. A hard worker, first one in and last out. He loved working at USA DeBusk and his work family.
He is survived by his mother Bobbie J Orth, his older sister, Jaime Villanueva and her husband Rick Villanueva, his second mother, Dena Orth, his younger brother James Orth, his younger sister Laura Orth, niece Kylie Willis and nephew Corven Villanueva, many family members on his mother’s side who still reside in Galena Park, many family members from Minnesota from his Father’s side, and some in Florida.
Stephen is preceded in death by his sibling Baby Orth, Father James Orth, maternal grandparents Lyndal and Clara Canady, paternal grandparents Bill and Patrcia Orth, uncles, cousins, and friends. Stephen passed away unexpectedly over the Thanksgiving holiday. In 1996, his paternal grandfather, Bill, also passed away during the Thanksgiving holidays.
Our family is absolutely heartbroken losing him, especially at the young age of 36. He maybe gone, but never forgotten.
A visitation for Stephen will be held Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX. A funeral service will occur Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX. A committal service will occur Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Calvary Hill Cemetery, 21723 Aldine-Westfield Road, Humble, TX.
