VIRGINIA ANN ROACH (nee Kerr) completed her journey on this earth and has joined the loved ones that left before her. She was born August 19, 1935 in Wolfe City, TX to Howard and Gladys Kerr, who preceded her in death. Also preceded in death by son, Johnny Roach, and sisters, Doris Moreland, Veda Brazell, and June Kerr.
Survived by son, Mike Roach; daughters, Virginia Markey (Don) and Kathy Gregory (Mark); sister, Helen Herrera; and ex-husband, John Roach, with whom she shared a caring friendship. Virginia had 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild, and loved them all very much. She also had many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that were special in her life.
The family wishes to thank Embracing Hospice, Memorial Hermann Hospital, and Sadler Clinic for their extraordinary care during Virginia's valiant battle with lung cancer. Services to celebrate Virginia's life will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home / 21723 Aldine Westfield / Humble, TX 77338, on Friday, June 1, 2012.
