Born and raised in Chestnut Hill, Ada grew up in the residence at Gravers’ Station, which is now a Historical Landmark.
In June of 1946, she married William J. Morrison. They moved to Trevose in 1953, where she has remained for the rest of her life.
In their younger years, Ada and William enjoyed spending time at the beach and as the years went by, they loved weekends in Poconos.
Ada was passionate about gardening. She loved floral arranging and decorating her home. She was a wonderful mother and dedicated grandmother.
Ada was pre-deceased by her husband, William J. Morrison Sr. in 1992. She is survived by her five children, Susan Rice (David), Ella Caswell, William J. Morrison Jr. (Robin), Brenda Gray (Gordon) and David C. Morrison (Tracy), her 13 grandchildren, 15 Great-grandchildren, 2 Great-great grandchildren and her brother Albert Jerdan.
Services will be Private. Lamb Funeral Home, Huntingdon Valley, PA.
