Alexander G. Ulmer

Alexander George “Alex” Ulmer, age 17, of Philadelphia, PA died Sunday, April 14, 2013 at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Born November 16, 1995 in Abington, PA, he was the son of Frederick John Ulmer and Christine Ann (Galczynski) Zucker.

He attended Greenberg Elementary School and was a Junior at The Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush High School. He is survived by his mother and step-father: Christine U. and Stanley Zucker; His father and step-mother: Melissa and Fred Ulmer: Brothers, Adam Zucker, Kyle Zucker, and Ashton Ulmer; Sisters, Shaina Ulmer and Gabriella Ulmer. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother Ilse Galczynski and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 18th at The Provincialate of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer, 521 Moredon Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA with Funeral Services at 11:00 AM and interment to immediately follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
