

Bruce R. DeRosier died on Friday, October 31, 2014 at his residence. He was 63 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the beloved son of the late Alfred A. and Emily Smith DeRosier. He had been a resident of Green Lane for the past 3 years and had previously lived in Nazareth, Coopersburg, and Philadelphia.
Mr. DeRosier was retired employee of SPD Technologies (now L3 Communications). He was a graduate of the American Institute Of Design and Holy Family College both in Philadelphia.
Bruce was a Marine veteran. He was an avid outdoors man and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his motor cycle. He was a volunteer with Toys for Tots.
Bruce was the beloved husband of Nancy (Weischedel) DeRosier for 45 years. He was the devoted father of Kimberly Ann DeRosier of Coopersburg, Jennifer Lynn DeRosier of Green Lane, and Bruce R. DeRosier, Jr. (Kathleen) of Nazareth. He was the loving grandfather of Russ Barlow III, Bruce DeRosier III, Rebecca Maier, Nicholas DeRosier, Aric Exposito, Jake Exposito, and Evelyn DeRosier. He is also survived by his brothers Alfred (Susan), Thomas (Diane), Robert (Elizabeth), Joseph (Kathy), Stephen (Linda) DeRosier; his sister Deborah Mariner (Kenneth) and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother David DeRosier. He was the Godfather of Kristen DeRosier.
Relatives and friends are invited to his service at 11:30 AM Friday, November 7th at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. His family will receive friends from 10 AM until the time of service. His entombment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery.
