Dorothy A. Allen

Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late John Allen. They were married for 58 years.

She was the loving mother of Dorothy Doughty, John Allen, Joseph Allen (Brenda), and Carole Allen. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Ken, Tim, Greg, Brian, Jennifer, Ryan, Jonathan, Joe, and Nick; her nine great-grandchildren; her sister, Carole (Jim), her brother, Ronald (Patricia); nieces, nephews, and by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her brothers, George and Robert.

Dorothy especially loved being with her family, preparing family dinners on Sundays. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, loved dogs, and traveling.

Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 15, at Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, where friends may call on the family from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Her interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery
