Eligio was born on March 5, 1937 in Palmoli, Italy, to parents, Federico and Antonietta Cieri. Eligio established a career as a shoe cobbler, working for Cieri Brothers Shoe Repair for over 60 years.
His hobbies include gardening and spending quality time with his grandkids. He also enjoyed watching his favorite sport - soccer.
Eligio was preceded in death by his parents and his two older brothers, Ugo and Dino.
Eligio is survived by his beloved wife of 57+ years, Teodora (Raimondi). He was the loving father of Mauro and his wife Cindy and Tina and her husband Daniel. He was adored by his 5 grandkids - Nicholas, Brendan, Colin, Ryan and Alyssa and grand dogs Maestro and Izzie.
Family and friends are invited to attend an hour Visitation on Monday, July 15, 2024, at Assumption BVM Church, 1900 Meadowbrook Road, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053, from 10:00am – 11:00am. Service will be held at 11:00am, with burial to follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
