Fausto was born on September 6, 1950 in Ravira, Peru to Adela Naupari and Luzbel Egoavil. He attended Andres de los Reyes for high school. Fausto and his family came to the United States on March 18, 1992. He worked at QVC for 11 years. Fausto and his family opened up El Tule Restaurant in January 2011 and then Quinoa Restaurant in December 2013.
Fausto was a devoted father, husband, grandfather, and friend. He and his wife Carmen just celebrated 45 years of marriage in April. Fausto and Carmen loved to travel together; in addition to regular trips to Peru, some of the spots they visited include Paris, Bora Bora, Turkey, Spain, New Zealand, and Fausto’s personal favorite, Dubai. Fausto poured his heart and soul into the restaurants. He ran a tight ship and gained the respect of all of his employees. Fausto loved to make people laugh, and had nicknames for those closest to his heart. He loved to spend time with his family as much as he could, and was inseparable from his grandkids. He had an infectious smile and laugh that we will all miss.
Fausto is survived by his wife Carmen; children Jack, Mechelle (Said), Silvia (Alexis), Adela (Mario), and Maximo (Jessica); grandchildren Joey, Mileny, Rafael, Izabella, Mateo, Anthony, Sofia, Aleah, Aruna, and Valentina.
