Gloria LaMorgia

Gloria LaMorgia died on Friday, November 23, 2012 at Chandler Hall Hospice in Newtown. She was 88 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she is the daughter of the late Thomas and Clorinda Rossi D’Amico. She had lived in Twining Village in Richboro for the past 12 years. She had previously been a longtime resident of Huntingdon Valley.

Mrs. LaMorgia was a homemaker. She was family oriented and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was a former Communicant of St. Hillary of Poitiers parish in Huntingdon Valley.

Gloria was the beloved wife of Paul J. LaMorgia for 55 years before his death in 2000. She was the devoted mother of Judith G. Marshall (Bud) of Trevose and Linda Marie Connors of Morrisville. She was the loving grandmother of Aimee Clark, Christina Asterito, Buddy Marshall, Mike Connors, and Jessica Connors; great grandmother of Kayla and Kaytlyn Ledbetter. She is also survived by her brother Anthony D’Amico of Lansdowne, PA and her sister Marie Woodbridge of Holland

Relatives and friends are invited to call Saturday 10 to 11 AM at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Her service will be held at 11 AM. The interment will be in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
