Grace was born on October 24, 1948, in Canton, China. She graduated from high school in 1966. She later worked as a hostess at Yangming Chinese Restaurant in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Wei-Yiu Fung; her mother, Shu-Hing Cheung; her stepmother, Wei King Wu; her husband, Michael Yeung; her eldest brother, Ting Lou Fung; and her sister-in-law, Siu Ying Low.
She is survived by her now eldest brother Chester Fung and his wife Christine Fung, second eldest brother Peter Fung and his wife Oun Ying Wong, youngest brother Raymond Fung and his wife Anita Fung, as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
