

He was a long-time resident of Warminster PA. Howard was born on October 19, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA, to parents Irving Malkiel and Thelma (Zalut) Malkiel. He graduated from Lincoln High School. He then continued his education at Delaware Valley College, and then Penn State University with degrees in Animal Husbandry, and Animal Industry. He worked for Kraft Foods for 30 years in sales/ management.
Howard had many interests and hobbies. He enjoyed sports, motorcycles, civil war re-enacting, camping, four wheeling, skiing, singing, playing trumpet, video games, just to name a few. He loved the outdoors, especially in the mountains, and loved animals, his favorites being dogs and horses.
Howard was preceded in death by his father Irving Malkiel, and infant daughter Sarah Marie.
Howard is survived by his mother, Thelma Malkiel, daughters, Lindsay Malkiel and Rachel Malkiel, son Ken Wiley, grandsons, Matias Torres, Kenny and John David Wiley, granddaughters, Mia, Alana and Lydia Torres, Arielle, Shiloh and Jordan Wiley, Ruby Gimbel. His brother Barry, and his wife, Gayla Malkiel. His former spouse Wendy Malkiel.
Funeral arrangements are being made through Lamb Funeral Home in Huntingdon Valley, PA
Interment will be at Montefiore Cemetery in Jenkintown, PA
