Jean Grotzinger Bridgers, age 56, of Solebury, PA, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia.
She is survived by her husband, Rob, and her three children, Samantha, Sophia and George Bridgers.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
