Les and I were good friends in our high school and college years.  But as time passed, we saw each other less. I moved to Wisconsin over 40 years ago, and over those years, I periodically would get a call that always started the same.  "Nick, this is Les, how ya doin." We would talk for about an hour, and when I hung up, I felt like I was 19 again, sitting at the Spot Tavern, having a beer with my good friend Les. I'm grateful that Les always took the time to reach out to me. It meant a lot. He was a good guy. Joan, I'm sorry for your loss.

So sorry for your loss. Mr. Brown was always great and very kind to me. he was always open arms and would always invite me to eat crabs with the family. I am sure he is looking down and watching over all of you.

I am very sorry to hear of Les' passing.  He was one of my friends when I started at Curley.  My prayers are for Les and his family.

What a shock.  We just spoke on the phone two days prior.  Denise and I thoroughly enjoyed being in the company of Les and Joan down here in Delaware.  Les enjoyed talking politics and investments with Denise.  Even though Les was not Polish he enjoyed being a member of the Polish American Club of Delmarva and listening to polka music.  He , Joan and some of his neighbors would always attend the Polish Club’s Annual Dance in April.  He had already taken a table for the upcoming dance.  We would compare which restaurant had the best cream of crab soup and go out together to try it.  Even with all the physical issues Les had with mobility it never prevented him and Joan from getting together with friends.  Les was a great guy and we will surely miss him.  He will no longer be in pain.  May God bestow His Blessings on Les and Joan and their entire family.  We will all meet again one day.  Les will now be with all of his friends and family who have gone before and be in the eternal care of God.  As the song goes, “Thanks For The Memories “ , Les.    Steve and Denise Lesniewski
