Marie M. Whipps 94, of Bensalem, PA died Monday October 6, 2014 at Spring Village at Floral Ville in Yardley, PA. Born March 5, 1920 in Philadelphia, PA she worked as a sewing machine operator and in the laundry department for Holiday Inn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Whipps in 1998. She is survived by a step daughter Carol Levesque of New Hampshire and two step granddaughters: Alissa Zimmerman and Kristine Filpovich and special friends Richard and Reta Jennings of Bensalem, PA. Family requests memorial contributions be made in her memory to your favorite charity. Visitation will begin at 12 Noon on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA with Funeral Services at 1:00 P.M. and burial to immediately follow at Forest Hills Cemetery.
