On Thursday, October 25, 2018, Nancy L. Tiemann, 67, passed away at Abington Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her family, after a difficult three month battle. Nancy was born in the Frankford section of Philadelphia and was proud of her Irish heritage. She graduated from Frankford High School. She was a devoted teller at the Foxchase Bank and then Univest Bank in Hatboro. Nancy was predeceased by her husband and best friend, Howard C. Tiemann Sr.
Nancy so loved her vacations to Ocean City, New Jersey with her family. Nancy also loved serving her church, praying for others, teaching Sunday school, and singing in the choir. Going to the theater, cooking great meals, baking, and traveling were just a few of her other passions in life. She was a loving and inspiring person and enjoyed most of all, spending time with her wonderful and loving family; that was her true joy in life.
Nancy is survived by her loving children, Howard C. Tiemann, Jr. and Mary Jo Chudley (William), her seven wonderful grandchildren: Shane and Victoria White, Cole Tiemann, twins, Erin and Sean White, Maddie Tiemann and Evan, and her Great- grandchild, Charles Wheeler. Nancy is also survived by her brother, Thomas Caldwell (the late Beverly) and Ron Caldwell (Carol). Nancy was predeceased by her sister, Peggy Ann Young (husband Archie). Nancy is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and her best friend, Kris Simmons. She will also be missed greatly by her dog, Riley.
Relatives and friends are invited to her evening viewing, Friday, November 2, 2018 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Feasterville Community Reformed Church, 15 West Street Road, Feasterville, PA. 19053. An additional viewing will be held Saturday, November 3, 2018 beginning at 9:00 AM, followed by her funeral service at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at the Hillside Cemetery, Roslyn, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family especially requests donations be made in Nancy’s memory, to Feasterville Community Reformed Church, that Nancy so loved.
