Olga Elizabeth Blass

Olga was the daughter of the late Edward Scheuerle and Wilhelmina Josephi Scheuerle. Olga was born on February 3, 1925 in Philadelphia, PA. She attended Masterman High School and one semester at the University of Pennsylvania before accepting a position at Pye, Carr, Ambler Insurance Co.

Olga married Rudolph A. Blass on September 21, 1951. They raised their family in Northeast Philadelphia until retiring. Olga and Rudy enjoyed their retirement in Ocean City, NJ, Indialantic, FL. and Hatboro, PA.

Olga is survived by her children: Barry A. Blass and Debbie E. Heineman, her grandchildren: Brittany L. Blass, Miranda L.Blass, Stephanie L. Rupertus, Andrew R. Heineman, Jeffrey S. Heineman, her great grandchildren: Jordan T. Blass and Ariella L.Yearwood.

Olga is predeceased by her husband, Rudolph Blass, her bother Edward,Scheuerle sisters Wilma Slyoff and Irma L. DeNio and her grandsons, Jordan R. Blass and Jarrett E. Blass.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Saturday, July 30th from 10 to 11 AM at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA. Olga’s funeral service will be at 11 AM. Her interment will follow in Forest Hills Cemetery.
