Robert J. Wittman, age 90, passed away on November 4, 2021.
Bob was born on August 10, 1931 in Philadelphia, to parents, Frederick Wittman and Sue Farrell Wittman. Bob went on to establish a career as a cable splicer and then supervisor, working for Philadelphia Electric Company for over 38 years. Bob served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
Louise J. Wittman, age 92, passed away on November 9, 2021.
Louise was born on June 5, 1929 in Philadelphia, to parents, Leon Surman and Helen Pieta Surman.
Bob and Louise loved to travel the world, having been on close to 40 cruises. Louise was also an avid reader.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Bob. Bob and Louise were preceded by their grandson, Jimmy Smith. They were both was preceded in death by their parents and siblings.
They are survived by children: Maureen Smith (Jim), Robert Wittman (Anna) and Nancy Zaffino (Joe), 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A viewing for Mr. and Mrs. Wittman is scheduled for Monday, November 15, 2021, at Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. A subsequent viewing will be held at St. Christopher Church 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am followed by a funeral mass at 10:30 am. Please note that masks will be required inside the church. Interment will be held immediately following the funeral mass at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery at 1215 Super Highway, Langhorne, PA.
