Bob was born on August 17, 1962, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Robert Gill Sr. and Joanne Gill (nee O’Hara). He graduated from Northeast High School in 1980. Bob spent over 20 years as a Pressman for area printing press companies. He spent the last 14 years as a Customer Service Representative for the Philadelphia Parking Authority.
Bob was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. If he couldn’t attend a game in person, he would often invite friends and family to watch the game together and hang out. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and shooting darts.
Bob is survived by his three brothers, Anthony (the late Rose), Tom and Brian Gill. He will be sadly missed by his nephews, special aunts, cousins, and a host of good friends.

Always, My True Friend!
Strangers to the best of friends is how I will always reflect on our friendship my true friend; Some people forget, ignore or overlook the meaning of a true friend where time together is never enough, but I was selfish thinking we had all the time in the world, my true friend; I will treasure all of those stories, the complaints, the jokes, and mostly the weirdest moments that would turn into some sort of comedy show, my true friend; You always said that I will never understand how much I meant to you but you will never know how much you meant to me, my true friend; This is not the end by any means since you didn’t tell me I was inheriting a flock of true friends, as stated by one of your family members, my true friend; Please continue to look over all of your friends and family during this time as they heal, but until we meet again, you are Always, My True Friend. – Bill Robb
