Bill, earning a degree in Business Management in 1959. While attending Penn State, Bob met his future wife, Alicia Sue Markley and they were married in 1961.
Bob’s working career began at Morton Thiokol in Levittown, PA in 1959. After several years there, he went to work for RCA in Cherry Hill, NJ, which later became General Electric. Bob’s hobbies included woodworking, auto mechanics, gardening, and everything DIY around the house. Many of the improvements to their lifelong house in Holland were Bob’s handiwork. Bob also enjoyed following and supporting his sons in their music and athletics, and rarely if ever did he miss a game or performance. Bob was an avid sports fan, passionately rooting for his beloved Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and Nittany Lions. After retiring, Bob and Sue owned a lakeside cabin in Rome, Maine for many years and enjoyed spending their summers boating and sightseeing throughout New England.
