Ruth E. Burkhardt

Ruth was born on June 14, 1938 in Lativa, to parents, Alexander and Zanta Berzkalns. She graduated from Overbrook High School in Philadelphia. She went on to establish a career as a secretary at Greenfields Real Estate in Philadelphia. In her free time, Ruth loved to paint, care for animals, and was a big fan of Snoopy from Charlie Brown.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, George.

Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Paul Burkhardt.

A viewing for Ruth will be held Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Lamb Funeral Home Inc., 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania 19006, followed by a funeral service, and burial at Forest Hills Cemetery, 25 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania 19006.
