Aunt Ruth was one of the most nurturing woman that I ever knew. She was always there to lend a helping hand or a listening ear to any of your problems. Saturday's were always a great day because the whole family or anyone else who came were welcome to have lunch. Both my kids always showed up at her house to eat or just hang out. Aunt Ruth always had time for anyone who needed her. Love you and now you are with Our Heavenly Father.

Aunt Ruth was an amazing woman. She had such a loving heart and really cared about people. She wanted to know about how you were doing.

I remember going over to Aunt Ruth and Uncle Ed’s house on Saturday afternoons and was always invited to stay for lunch. No matter how many people were there, Aunt Ruth always had room and food for one more. She had the gift of “hospitality”. Everyone was always welcome. Aunt Ruth was the kind of person you wanted to be around. She was full of joy and laughter and shared that with others.
As I got older we shared deep discussions about Jesus that I will always treasure. She is now with Jesus and her loved ones at “the party” in Heaven!

Aunt Ruth was always caring for someone. She had that wonderful way about her. When my Mother and Father moved from "A" street, Aunt Ruth and Uncle Ed let me stay at their house. I still remember Aunt Ruth making fruit salad for desert making all the pieces of fruit round. It was that extra touch that made the difference. Or the time I was with them in Newport Beach and Aunt Ruth insisted I spend the night in their room because "it was too late to drive back to LA". God Bless you Aunt Ruth. You will be missed by so many. My condolences to David, Diane, Nancy, Carolyn, and Eddie, and to all the grand children and great grand children.

Sorry for your loss. Aunt Ruth was my favorite aunt. She could do anything. She was my godmother & took it seriously. God Bless- I know she will be with her family
