William H. Chadwick Sr.

William H. Chadwick, Sr. died on Friday, April 22, 2016 in the Vitas Hospice at Nazareth Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, William was a resident of Bensalem for the past 40 years and had previously lived in Philadelphia.

Mr. Chadwick was a retired employee of Garrett - Buchanan Company in Philadelphia. He was an Army veteran serving in the Korean War.

Bill enjoyed gardening, county music, and movies. He was a talented woodworker and made beautiful stained glass windows.

William was the beloved husband of Eleanor Wenner Chadwick for 44 years before her death in 1994. He was the devoted father of William H. Chadwick, Jr. (Donna) of Levittown, Dorothy Chadwick (Frank Kaszupski) of Bensalem and the late Denise T. Tisdale of Philadelphia. He is also survived by his sister Elizabeth Sparks of Turnersville, NJ, 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 9 to 11 AM on Wednesday, April 27th at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley. His funeral service will be at 11 AM. Williams’s interment will follow in Forest Hills
