Joe had been a Private in the U. S. Army and a Private First Class in the U. S. Air Force. He was employed with APS, Associated Production Service Inc. He was a member of the Summerdale Boys Club, Men of Malvern and Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association. Joe enjoyed fishing and hunting.
In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Jaggers, his sister, Edith Jackson and his daughter, Dorothy A. Schindler.
Joe is survived by his devoted wife, Dorothy A. (Walker) Jaggers, his children: Joseph E. Jaggers (Joanne), Tina (Fred), Cathy (Rob), Patrick (Lynn) and Joann. He will also be greatly missed by his grandchildren: Jamie, Joey Jr., Ashley (Ryan), Robert (Jessica), Tiffany, Shannon, Amanda, Jack and Carolyn and great-grandchildren: Joseph, Jagger and Beau.
A viewing will be held at St. Christopher Parish, 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116 on Saturday, June 6, 2020 from 9:30 AM until 11:00 AM, with Mass at 11:00 A. M. Interment will follow at Our Lady Of Grace Cemetery, 1215 Super Hwy, Langhorne, PA 19047.
