Clifford D Fox

Clifford D Fox, 80 of Warren passed away at 3:18 pm on Sunday, December 18, 2011 at Heritage Pointe in Warren. He was a 1948 graduate of Union Township School in Huntington County. He farmed for several years in Huntington and Allen Counties and also worked as a carpenter for many years. He was a member of Union Church.

He was born on January 20, 1931 in Huntington, a son of Clifford Dewey and Louella M. (Prather) Fox.

He was united in marriage to June Ann Beaver on March 4, 1951 at Union Church. His wife survives.

Additional survivors include five daughters: Kay (Brian) Schwartz of Fort Wayne; Diane Bonner of Roanoke; Pamela Fulton of Italy; Brenda (Ronnie) Jones of Huntington; Karen (Curt) Foughty of Ossian; two brothers: Bob Fox of Huntington; Jerry Fox of Henderson, Nevada; thirteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother: Max Fox; two sisters: Mary Leedy and Mona Jean Reed; a grandson: Jordan Foughty and a son-in-law: Chris Fulton.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 22, 2011 from 3:00 – 8:00 pm at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, Indiana.

Services will be held on Friday, December 23, 2011 at 11:00 am with one hour of visitation prior to the service at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel with Pastor Mark Hoffer officiating.

Interment will be at the Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Union Church Missions or Alzheimer’s Association both in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
