Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Wigner, age 72, of Huntington, Indiana passed away on Friday, August 1, 2025 at Parkview Huntington Hospital. Cindy was a 1971 graduate of Marion High School. After graduating she attended Purdue University. Cindy spent most of her childhood working for her family's flower shop in Marion where she developed a love for flowers and gardening. She had worked for the Walmart Pharmacy and Huntington Memorial Hospital, but spent most of her adult life raising her children and spending time with her family. Cindy enjoyed watching the Charles Stanley "In Touch Ministry" and had a deep love for God and Faith that she loved to share.
Cindy was born on January 29, 1953 in Marion a daughter of the late Tommy K. and JoAnn (Moore) Vice.
She was united in marriage to Donald Wigner on October 25, 1974 in Marion. Her husband survives in Huntington.
Additional survivors include two daughters: DeeAnna "Dee" Wigner of Huntington and Angela (Andrew) LaMar of Huntington; two sons: Thomas (Jillian) Wigner of Fort Wayne and Andrew (Brandi) Wigner of Huntington; three brothers: Everett (Julie) Vice of Marion, Tim Vice of Brainerd Minnesota, and Tom (Jill) Vice of Brainerd Minnesota; and seven grandchildren: Savannah Gathogo, Spencer LaMar, Nevaeh Baker, Marlee Wigner, Penelope LaMar, Olivia LaMar, and Chloe Wigner; and a sister-in-law: Gay Vice of Montpelier; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father:Tommy K. Vice, her mother: JoAnn (Bob Long) Vice-Long, a brother John Vice, her grandmother: Gertrude Brett; In-Laws; Roland (Donna) Wigner; and several dearly loved K-9 companions through the years.
A Visitation will be held on Saturday August 9, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, located at 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington IN.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday August 9, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., immediately following the visitation at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel.
Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
