George was born on February 11, 1956, a son of the late George P. and Ruth (Whitesell) Siemik.
He is survived by a brother: Jacob Siemik of Huntington.
There will be no public services at this time. A private burial will be held at a later date at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Marion.
