Jeremy D. Anderson 41, of Bluffton passed away on Friday June 7, 2024 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Jeremy attended Bluffton High School. Anybody who knew Jeremy knew about his love for sports. He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Braves, North Carolina Tar Heels basketball, Notre Dame football, and the Dallas Stars. Jeremy loved to watch golf and play it in his younger years. Jeremy enjoyed being outside and was an animal lover, but most importantly Jeremy loved being a dad. He spent his time volunteering at the Huntington P.A.L. as an assistant coach on his son's sports team, but mostly he just loved spending time and playing catch with his children. Jeremy was always looking to help others, and wanted to be an Organ Donor. His family was proud to honor Jeremy's wishes, as his donation will go to help countless other families.
Jeremy was born on November 15, 1982 in Bluffton, a son of Bill and Rhonda (White) Vaughn. His parents survive.
He was united in marriage to Tara Wolfe on July 2, 2016 in Bluffton. His wife survives.
Additional survivors include two sons: Dallas Anderson of Bluffton, and Brad Masterson of Bluffton; a daughter:Kylee Masterson of Bluffton; a brother: Hunter (Jessica Betz) Vaughn of Decatur; a step-brother: David Vaughn of Huntington; a step-sister: Erica Garlick of Lorene OH; a sister: Tabitha Capper; and Grandparents: Charlie (Laverna) Smith of Montpelier.
He was preceded in death by an uncle: Albert Coleman, and grandparents Paul White and Howard Vaughn Sr.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday July 13, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the Moose Lodge 242 in Bluffton. Located at 120 N. Main Street, Bluffton IN 46714.
