Larry Eugene Miller

Larry E. Miller, 74 of Huntington passed away on Friday October 9, 2026 at his residence. Larry was a 1970 graduate of Huntington North High School. He worked for the Erie Railroad, Conrail Railroad, and CSX before retiring after over 40 years of service. In his younger years Larry was a 10 year member of 4-H and a member of S.S. Peter and Paul's Catholic Church. He was a lifetime member of the NRA and loved to hunt, fish, garden, and spend his time outdoors. In addition to working for the railroad Larry also farmed for his entire life. He loved auctions and enjoyed fixing anything that was broken.

Larry was born on March 12, 1952 in Huntington a son of the late George E and Mary L (Leist) Miller.

He was united in marriage to Jodi Federspiel on October 20, 2001 in Huntington. His wife survives in Huntington.

Additional survivors include two sons: Brian (Jamie Lang) Miller of Huntington, and Jeff (Stephanie) Miller of Huntington. a daughter: April Miller of Huntington; a stepdaughter: Brandy Luster of Angola; a brother: Gary (Bee) Miller of Huntington; five grandchildren: Andrew Miller, Izabella Miller, Wyatt Mortimore, Alexis Luster, and John Luster Jr.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson: Matthew Miller; and his loving K-9 Companion Buck.

To honor Larry's wishes, there will be no public services at this time.
